We’re very busy packing, de-cluttering, buying new and organising stuff ready to move house at the end of November. Why & how we’ve accumulated the stuff I’ve found in our kitchen ‘man’ drawer I’ll never know. We’re moving to our very own rainbow house in a new development by Urban Splash
Ours is the red apartment split over 2 floors. We’ll have open plan living with a balcony to the main living area and Lilly’s bedroom on the lower floor with her own bathroom & balcony.
We are a family that live our lives by colour. Lilly is intrigued by colour and her Mummy & Daddy work with colour every day so it seems so right for us to live in a bizarre rainbow Tetris house. When we viewed this place a while back even when it was a building site, we felt right at home.
The apartment lets in lots of natural light with its floor to ceiling windows. We love light. We love watching the seasons change out of huge windows.
We’re going to miss our own garden but the apartments are on the river bank with landscaped gardens which we’ll spend many a lazy sunny evening picnicking & playing.
Surely this has to be the best rainbow house ever though?
oh my goodness Clare, talk about living the dream! Its wonderful! I bet you can’t wait x
Thanks Zoe so kind of you to say. We can’t wait to live somewhere brand new and stylish. We’ve lived in a house for the last 3 years thats beige & has daydo rails for crying out loud!!
Home is so important to me I can’t wait to live somewhere beautiful. We have to seriously de-junk though. Had to be ruthless!
It’s all to do with the secret you know. i’m sure. We would never have considered even viewing these but I’d just started reading the book and here we are months later moving in. I need to start back with that thinking again as I seem to have fallen off track somewhat.
Hope your well honey peach. How’s work going with Mr Bunny? x
