We’ve been having our website re-designed for ages. 2 years in fact, and we’ve put off a lot of ideas & launching new products to wait for the new website. Almost every idea we’ve had during that time has been met with ‘when the new website comes’ and has been put on hold. We even missed launching a whole occasion last year, ‘Father’s Day’, as the new website was on it’s way.

We’ve decided that we can’t wait anymore to do what we’ve intended to do and whilst we still wait for ‘the new website’ we have tidied up our current website to make what we call our ‘newish website’. We are adding all the stuff that we have wanted to for the last 2 years. This update is ongoing but I’m a woman on a mission and making this website ‘personal’ – we’re working round the clock to add all of our new products and make all the necessary changes and we have set an ambitious plan to complete for early Feb. It’s amazing what this girl can do!

Here’s the new look Home Page:

Screen Shot 2013-01-26 at 23.11.44

The newish website is cleaner, it has all of our departments running alongside each other, so if you want a greetings card, you can also, if your heart desires, take a look at our gifts and order both together.

We are launching our long-awaited Gifts Department with lovely gifts for the home, wedding gifts, mothers day gifts and more. We’ve had all of this stuff ready for over a year and we need to start selling the lovely products we have. I’m very VERY excited about this one as we have some of the most prettiest things I’ve seen & I know people will love this section. Our furniture department is also having all of our beautiful romantic French furniture adding as well as our contemporary Italian furniture adding. All of which we’ve had in our studio just waiting. It’s so tragic it breaks my heart to think that I’ve been so complacent with my baby and let this happen.

The ‘Wedding Stationery’ section is smooth. We have launched our new style guest books (blog post to follow); our new photo albums (post to follow) and beautiful keepsake boxes. We have more stationery designs to launch (a few lush high ends & some killer budget ranges from £1.30 per invite):

Our newish website

Our Christening Invitations & Party Invites section is now combined into an ‘Events Stationery’ section. Makes sense:Screen Shot 2013-01-26 at 23.12.07

Finally, our ‘Greetings Card’ section is looking hot. The website layout and design matches our brand better and works alongside ‘our look’ instead of against it like our old website did. Hopefully it should be easier (not 100% how we would like it to be) but hopefully easier to use…for now…until our new website is ready.

Screen Shot 2013-01-26 at 23.11.32

We seriously do all of this to make things easier for the customer. We know we have a long long way to go before we are how we want everything to be but we also hope you find the website easier than it was. And we do think it’s easier but we would love to hear your feedback, any problems you come across – this baby is a work in progress & we really appreciate customers emailing to let us know when they spot something that isn’t quite right.

Take a look at our most gorgeous Valentines Day Card Collection ever. This is my (Clare’s) favourite occasion of the year and we have designed a range of sexy cards that are a little bit different to your average Valentines card. If you’re looking for something a little bit special for your Valentine, you will find something here.

Unique valentines card from Made With Love Designs

Ladies Valentines Cards

Mens Valentines cards

Each card is hand made in our UK studio to order and you can choose the colour that we finish your Valentines card in. Most of our Valentines cards in the collection are available to have custom printed with your loved ones name too.

View the full valentines range on our website here or at here

My Top Picks this year are:

Leopard print valentines day cards with huge gold crystal dobber

Leopard print valentines day cards with huge gold crystal dobber

Animal Print Valentines Card
I love leopard print! I’m a huge fan when it’s used in fashion & interiors – I practically have an obsession. When we design new ranges, we keep current trends & patterns in mind and look to create something that appeals to the fashion conscious and lover of nice things. As cards are displayed in the home, we strive for designs that are super stylish and that will look great on display in the home after the initial WOW of receiving our cards. We designed a leopard print card for valentine’s day which is available with different colour ribbon accents and is suitable as a unisex valentines card for guys & girls. This card is on the luxury side with a sparkly crystal cluster and comes with a box and matching bow tie. This card costs £8.95 (not personalised. Personalised name printing is available +£1)

Fuzzy 3d heart valentines card

So simple & cute but is well thought out & clever little Valentines card with a love equation. It’s priced at £3.00 and isn’t as lavish or expensive as our other collections. It just gets my vote especially if you’re not looking to spend much on a card but still want quality and the handmade touch. This Valentines card comes with envelope but can be upgraded to include and box and matching bow tie if so desired.

Silk Red Rose Valentines Day card

Rose & Lace
Red roses on Valentines day are the most sought after & romantic gift to give/receive. The price of red roses in particular around Valentines rocket. For this reason, I adore our Rose & Lace Valentines cards. You can give a red rose on valentines day that won’t break the bank but that has the sentimentality of red roses and romance at valentines. We use a very beautiful soft ivory lace and our silk roses are individually handmade. We choose a beautiful red rose for the Valentine’s design and you can choose from different colour ribbon accents to suit. A classically beautiful valentines day card that says romance & I love you with roses. Who wouldn’t love to receive this on Valentine’s Day?

We have 15 designs in our 2013 Valentines Collection and it was difficult narrowing my favourite picks down to just 6. I have found my 6 (I think…) and will post my final 3 fave’s in a post tomorrow.
