Our Valentines Cards are up… and sleep! Happy weekend

It takes around 9 months to finalise a greetings card collection (from trend spotting to trend guides – brainstorming & ideas – sketching & mood boards – to shortlisting – to product development { the making } and culling of ranges that just don’t do it for us, and finally photography & launch) a lot goes on behind the scenes to any collection before we finally start selling. Phew!

It’s the only occasion in the year where we are bursting with ideas & pretty much know what our basic range is going to be even before we start the product planning 9 months earlier. For most other occasions it takes the planning process to re-align the creative flow. Sometimes it’s challenging to force creativity. Not so with Valentine’s the love cup is most definitely over flowing. I think it’s the hearts (we have a thing for hearts. and bows. and pink. and red)

Our Valentine’s cards have been in ‘serious’ development since last May, but earlier if you take a look at jottings & ideas in our notebooks. And more than ever we are so proud to unveil our latest collection new on the website.

Wedding Cards new on the website

We’ve been undergoing a revamp of the website section by section. We took a lot of feedback from customers and have tried to make changes to help shop.

And bit by bit we make those changes. The latest news is that our Personalised Wedding Card Section has been updated.

For most collections you can now fully personalise the fronts as well as inside of cards. Woohoo!

Making them suitable as a congratulations card to send to the couple, a romantic card to send to your Bride to be, a card to send to your future husband or a card to send to the parents as a thank you style card ‘To my Mum & Dad On my Wedding Day’. Any message that you feel can now be printed (word count appropriate)
